Here's an old Bally slot machine. The stand was specially made and is included in the sale. The lights work may have a bulb out in the bottom portion. As you can see, it opens and we have a key to it. The machine takes silver dollars.
You may be able to find slugs in that size as well somewhere, I imagine. It is up a flight of stairs and you will probably need professional movers.
