Older, but kept in the garage, steel and aluminum rooftop cargo Carrier for a full size car or van. Rubber feet. Does need ratcheting hold down straps. Available at harbor freight tools, Lowe's, home Depot or Ace hardware. Just don't need it hanging around, LOL LOL. No rust. Open to trades, let me know what you have.
